MILF Chairman Al-Haj Murad Ebrahim together Secretary Muhammad Ameen and BDA Exec. Director Mohammad S. Yacob welcomed the Turkey delegations and thanked them for the sustained commitment to help the Bangsamoro.
It was informed that there was also discussion and updating about the Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL) which was recently signed by the Philippine’s president.
Every year, brothers from Turkey representing their respective organizations come to Bangsamoro for Qurbani Program where hundreds of cows are slaughtered, which meat are distributed to identified poorest of the poor communities.

This year, Turkey foundations supporting the Qurbani Program 2018 are Insani Yardim Vakfi (IHH), Turkiye Dyanet Vakfi (TDV), Deniz Fereri and Sadaqatasi.
The said courtesy meeting concluded with presentation of token for both parties.
The program is being implemented from August 21-23, 2018 in selected communities in the provinces of Maguindanao, North Cotabato, Lanao del Sur and Lanao del Norte.
