BDA Inc. responded to the needs of some families who reported effects of COVID19 crisis to their daily income, sustenance.
The first group are mothers, whose husbands cannot work because of #stayathome advice.
The other group were fathers who said that their supply ran out already.
Others were fish vendors and drivers.
