Engr. Windel Diangcalan, executive director of the Bangsamoro Development Agency (BDA) expressed gratitude  to the Minister of Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education (MBHTE) and PATHWAYS for inviting the agency to the Joint Education Policy Coordination Committee and Pathways Steering Committee Meeting on July 17, 2019 at Davao City.
